Obverse: A nearly broken die shows as multiple die breaks on the shoulder area and along the brow line of the forehead. The die crack at the forehead extends into the field in front of Lincoln's face.
Reverse: A die crack runs from the rim through the L in PLURIBUS to the O in ONE.
