A short die scratch runs southeast from the bottom of the 1 of the date. Parallel N-S die scratches under the eyelid. Two distinct die scratches show on the lapel, and just west of the top of the lapel.

A die scratch between the L and first U of PLURIBUS. A die gouge (dot) between the T and E of UNITED. Reverse is MDS.
