MDS markers
Obverse
A concentric die scratch extends northward from the top of the L in LIBERTY. A small but deep die scratch runs north to south above and between the B and E of LIBERTY. Other deep die gouges show above the motto, especially above GOD.
Reverse
Die damage and die scratches show toward the rim from the lower right wheat stalk. North to south die grooves and gouges show in this area. Reverse is LMDS.
LDS markers
Obverse
Two die gouges point CW from the rim above GOD. A concentric die gouge shows above the L of LIBERTY. Another die scratch runs N-S above and between the BE of LIBERTY.
Reverse
Unusual markings show at the rim below the lower right wheat stalk which may be die damage and may be planchet damage from the specimen photographed - more to come. Reverse is LDS.
