Steven,. I ran into a post by Coop, that does all that I had in mind to do, except Coop did it first, and gave the info for the ones that most apply, (at this time)! I tried to make a hard copy, but for some reason, my printer cuts off the right edge of the screen, and it leaves me with a half page! This only happens with the posts, and emails, etc. The normal printing comes out fine. It may be a case of screen size.

Dick,
make a blank microsoft word document. Then go back and highlight what you want to copy from the forum right click on copy, go back to the word document and right click on paste. Then print the word document. Try that and let me know how it comes out. try that with your e-mails as well.

Steven, Would that be the same as opening WORD, and typing a document? Except in this case I would copy, and paste?

Steven, no I haven't tried it yet, but I have made test documents in MSWord. Does that mean the same?

That may be it. try highlighting any of the posts, copy and paste onto the test document and see what happens. make sure you only highlight what is inside the post not what is next to it or you may end up with the same problem. I've been doing the same thing with my definitions at the bottom of my posts. Just to keep a little collection of them.

SDteven, I just tried it, and yes, it works just fine. I thought it would. I am familiar with "cut, and paste".
Later: Now that I think of it, that is how I sent a "post from ED to DAvid", after he opened and read it, then lost it. I did that very thing, and sent David a copy, in PM.
A bit later, yet: In fact that idsthe way I post my photos from the "bucket".

No, because I don't have "picture it", or what ever it is, so I just forgot about it. Why? Is there a way?
