could this be 1968S-1MM-001, or -003?
Later...

I think it is the remnant of the first "S" which was not where it was desired, and erased, then re-punched in the present position. All indications would make it 1968S-1MM-001, (no photo), and no markers.

No doubling. It is the MM I am concerned about. There is no photo on the site, but a reference to other identification, to wit: Wexler, WRPM-003, and CONECA , RPM-002. I don't have any markers to relate to, so it will have to go into the "?" files. Thanks for looking.

Dick,
What part of the MM are you referring to? It looks just like the one I posted a couple of days ago, except you have a cleaner coin/look to it. This is the one that Chuck said it was a part of the MM itself. Or are you referring to the dark area under the MM?

Rock, The one I posted has what appears to be parts of the original MM to the S of the present one. Enough of it shows that I almost had it as OM. I noticed it when I was looking at yours. I don't think it is the same "MM". I believe mine is the 1968S-1MM-001, altho there is no photo, or markers to verify. The "stuff" just to the south is not trash. I think I'll send it to Bob, when the others are ready, and he can accept them. I wanted to post another photo, with the arrows indicating the arreas if concern, but I can't get the image uploaded, because it is a scan-soft document, and doesn't have the right extension. It has ".MAX, instead of .JPG. Can it be changed, or converted?
