It's good to see you here. This is a great forum though still a little slow.

I enjoy the earily wheats the most. The wide rim on them and great detail. Its always great to see them.
Try finding the beard detail on some of the later wheat cents.
Durring the 1960's you had to wonder if Abe ever had a beard.

Welcome Kevin,
Glad to have you on board. Very impressive collection you've got there also. If there's anything you need, please be sure to ask. We have some great and knowledgeable folks here who will be more than willing to give you their 'two cents' worth .

To post here .......
Is there any way you can upload pic from your hard drive, or do you need to post them on a webspace first ?
I have a few on my hard drive I would post.

Kevin,
Your pics need to be located on webspace first. I am copying the instructions for posting pics from another thread. Hope we get to see your coins!
*******If you want to post a picture of it, and your picture is on a server somewhere where it can be accessed by inet users, click on the . When you preview the message, the pic should show up. in your message. Just submit it, and we can all have a look at it. Hope this helps!

The primary reason for this, KAJ, is that coppercoins.com is a privately owned and operated website that has yet to take in revenue. I am the owner of the site and pay for its maintenance and hosting out of pocket. Given that, there is a limited amount of space for content, and very little time to sit and write scripts that would limit the size of photos and number of photos that members could upload to the server. In addition to that I have security concerns regarding this as well.
While linking to photos here is fine, and even showing the photos directly in messages is fine, I cannot allow the web space I do have to be taken up with other people's photos that I cannot easily control with the technology that I have. Sorry for the inconvenience.
