Here is a photo of the 1941S, with the slanted MM:
Gary, I have "played" with a way to get better focus with the camera. Comments?

Dick your pic's are good you have the lighting to adjust just a bit to take out that extra shine that blocks parts of the MM but you are on your way to getting there.

Dick,
Did you decide if it's the large or small mintmark?
I think this one is the large S? but I like to look at one of each with the same setup to compare.
Knowing large or small would help you rule out the other RPMs and just look at the possible ones for whichever you have.
I can't tell if it's an RPM or not but it is slanted.

ED, and Gary, Thanks for your comments. I had to make some more adjustments, (more masking tape to take up the slack). That is what is making it a bit more in focus.
The MM is the Large MM. I went thru the photos on site, and ruled out all. It is S/S, NW? Yes, I call it an RPM.
David, in case you are lurking, it came from the roll you sent me, (1941-S). I have several more to go thru. Cents, not rolls! LOL
I use a grid to compare the sizes, and find the large is about 1/8" larger, (on a 4" base), than the small. 1": 7/8".
