This is one that I didn't see on the website. It appear's to be doubling across the top in all the letter's. Also slight doubling on the right wheat stalk half way down. Also doubling on the left wheat stalk at the bottom. What do you think?

What you are focusing on in your photos is mechanical doubling, however it also looks as though there may be a light class six doubling on the dot and wheat.

Steven,

Thank's for the info. I noticed the dot was elongated North to South being a Class 6. I found it odd that the letter's were MD with such a wide spread. I at first thought a Class 6 + another Class. Thank's again

You also have to watch for die wear to mechanically elongate the dot. I look for at least some separation, either at the tops of one or more letters and the wheat stalks before listing minor class 6 hub doubling...

And yes, you might say that class 6 sometimes will not have separation - somewhat true. But most class 6 doubled dies have some signs of class 2 in them somewhere. In fact, some people are beginning to toss back and forth the idea that class 6 and class 2 are actually the same thing, just in differing hub states.
