I honestly don't see any doubling on the coin.

I guess it might just be how the cent has worn... I wasn't sure if where I could see what seems to be extra edges could be doubling. Thanks for the reply.

Sorry. That is machine doubling. Keep looking and posting. With an attitude with yours you will find something if you keep looking.

One that will keep you out of trouble...
When training your eye to spot varieties, save all your AU & BU coins until you sure. You kick yourself a lot less that way. If it is circulated and miss it, it no biggie. But when its BU or AU then you might kick yourself if you missed something. I have rolls I need to go back through, but keep them for another day rather than sell them. BU & AU coins people will buy for varieties, but circulated coins collectors will not pay as much for them or consider them.

Yes coop it keeps me out of trouble... mind you my friends think I'm a few bricks short when they see me looking at cents through a loupe. I have already kicked my rear, I have in the past given up a lot of AU and BU CENTS. I have learned a fair amount over the last while (not even a fraction of what I need to know) so I'm wishing I would have hung onto what I had. Oh well... just gotta get more right!

I hear you. 2 years ago, just about everything I found was MD, ejection doubling or die deterioration. It took a while, but now I think I have a handle on what not to look for.
I have a bag of about 5000 cents my mom had accumulated in the 70's and 80's. I went through it shortly after getting into this hobby. I did make 2 nice finds -- confirmed double dies -- but now that I have a decent idea of what I'm supposed to be looking for, I just might go through them again.
BTW: It is going to be a tough haul using just a loop to identify die varieties. You will miss a lot. I have a cheap $20 microscope - and a cheap $35 computer microscope to help with the searching. Both are designed for kids - but the do fine to help these aging eyes. I'm thinking about getting a stereo scope -- maybe I'll ask Santa.
