I know that this one is real real tough and I have been looking for this one for a long time. I might have gotten lucky. This one does show both reverse die cracks from the right wheat ear to the rim and also by the end of the right wheat stalk.
Thoughts, opinions or am I just seeing things?

I don't think your seeing thing's. The S is in the right location for the 1911S-1MM-001. As far as the die wear on the MM to the West it does appear to be raised. I would think it was, but better, capable user's of photoshop could tell.

I do not believe this is the RPM. The mintmark position, although close, does not match that of the actual RPM. (it is a bit too far west) in addition, the lower serif does not show the doubling I would expect to see on the actual RPM. Of course, to be 100% positive, I would have to see the coin.

I'm kind of thinking you may have found something new here - it does look like an RPM, but I don't think it's 1911S-1MM-001.
BTW, I have found 1911S-1MM-001 to be rather common when looking through coins at shows. I have skipped over a few of them because they were later die state. If you needed one you could have told me and I would have picked one up for you.

Hey Chuck,
I wish I would have let you know earlier.
I will keep this one aside and if I ever get my act in gear I will send this one in to you guys, along with a handful of other fun finds.
Good to talk to you again Chuck,
John
