Still having trouble trying to capturing what I see through my loupe.
But for now, does this look like die doubling.

Drew, I only see what appears to be Die Deterioration Doubling. Sorry.

I did not know for sure, it shows on all of the letters but I could not get a good picture.

I think it's not a DDO, it has a lot of die polish lines and it's probably from the 1980s based on the finish. (an early zinc cent from 1982 or later)
