Looks like mechanical doubling to me Dick. Notice the spread on the 69 of the date and mintmark is the same

Bob, I knew it was MD, but the other indications may be die chips, that make it look like s/s sout . I thought I would post it, on the long chance it might be an RPM. Nothing ventured, nothing gained!
