I'm trying to figure out if this could be one of the following; 1MM-003, 1MM-006, 1MM-016 or 1MM-???.

Looks like your getting close with the 003 & 006. But the location looks more like 006. I will have to check later to see if an overlay helps. Give me some time and I'll see if I can get it figured out. Too many things in front of me right now.

66: Looks like a 1952D-1MM-006. The overlay matches.
See if any markers match the one on the site. Yours looks like it doesn't have as many die flow lines on yours from the image. But if you can see die flow around a device could be a match if the markers don't work. Its harder on circulated coins to see die scratches, but a good die gouge is always a great help.
