Zachary,

I have 1 just like that. I beleive it is Machine Doubling or in your case Machine Triple. It could be a RPM with MD. Let's see what other's have to say. It is exciting to find something out of the ordinary.

I agree. This example shows machine doubling rather than being a repunched mintmark.
