I'd say throw that one back and go on to the next one. Looks to be mechanical damage that shifted the MM. But that is just my opinion. You may want to set it aside until you get another opinion or two.
The images are getting better. You may want to cut them back in size to about 600-650 for the width though.

Sandra, you might try using 600x600, or even 320x240. that usually will give the view that you want to show, and still have the photo well within the width for the forum. And fishing? Yep! that 'goodie" is there. yo ust have to find it! Nice photos, tho, you are hetting better.

Thanks Dick, I found a piece of milky white plastic and taped over the lamp. It' a little better for BU coins but then a little dark for circulated coins. When you guys do your photo editing do you use the auto correct for light and color balance or leave it as is. I noticed if you try to use it, the image of your coin turns out with abnormal purples, oranges and at times very bright. I don't know how to use the function well enough to get positive results.

I have in the past edited images, but only minorly. If you adjust too much, you won't be happy with the image. Finding that minor adjustment is better. You may want to save an unedited copy of your image that you can redo an image or just take another image. Having lighting varibles/angle that the coin images was taken you will notice the next image being a better one most of the time. But with some evidence of machine doubling, it is usally time to move on to the next coin. If you still have a question, set it aside till you've learned more and then re-check the coin at a later time. If you save your questionables in a roll to look at another time, you will not kick yourself as often when you look a second time and see that you really missed nothing or you spend a coin and realize later it was really something. So save questionable coins till you know for sure. On Cents, your only holding a one cent to return it later if it is nothing. The eye is trained by experience. Be convinced that your coin should be tossed back before you do that. Learning why someone mentioned a problem on a coin is always a learning experience when look on later on in searching coins.

Sandra, I do NOT run my photos thru a 'processing". As you will see, many are a bright yellow, like the photos on the site. I don't know if they are "raw", as are mine, or processed. I like the way they are on the site, because I see more of what there is to see that way. I din't know the processing, etc that well to be satisfied with the results, yet.
