Looks like something under the L on LIBERTY. But with several directions of light you can see things that aren't there. Try to cut down to on light source. If you are having problem with unwanted light, then try placing a facial tissue on the side of your scope in the direction of the unwanted light. Try turning off one source and see what I'm talking about. As far a die number, I've found several that year and other years that have almost the same spread or stronger. So you might want to check for markers to match a die for sure. The better markers are die gouges, die cracks, die breaks/chips, die dots. Die scratches are like findger prints, but they come and go. The example you have maybe one made before or after the one you are comparing it to. So it may or may not have the same marker. But if they match, it helps.
