This is a nice example of an atypical Class VIII doubled die on a Lincoln cent reverse die.
For some reason, there is a haunting in my memory of something that was similar, however, I can not recollect when or where I saw it.
Any ideas out there?
Couldn't decide which picture looked best, so I put them both up.

BJ, It does look familiar, but I don't place it, ruight off. I thought die clash, but I don't believe that is where this was notorious.
A question: did you happen toi read Coops post bout a Canadian cent, with trails? He got it in a batch I sent him. i did noy see it until he posted. I believe it is under world coins. Thought you might be interested.

Hi Dick - Yes, Coop did get a hold of me and I sent him an e-mail concerning that coin. It is very interesting and one that I had a feeling would happen since both MINTS use the single squeeze system.
Thanks Dick.

I think Bob posted about this a while back. You might ask him.
