I found this in a bargain box of 2x2s at a show yesterday.
It grades better than a coin I recently found on eBay.

Must be digits. The shield is the only thing that is close to contact with that area.

Coop,
It's a misplaced date with the extra 1 in the neck.

Coop, nice clash overlay!
Sometimes clash marks are good markers for me to find die varieties in this series.

I always find an overlay shows what potential areas could be affected from a clash. You just have to remember the areas affected are just the fields from the oposite edge get a mark from the devices clashing against those fields.

There is NOTHING like a good overlay, to"clear the air"! Coop, this is a beauty! I don't collect IHC, but the day I do, will be the day I keep an overlay, such as this, handy!
This just verifies the reason I want so badly to be able to make overlays. It will help the US collector, as we have seen, as well aas the collectors in Canada, and the common collectors from both countries.
Beautiful work, Coop!
Dick
