I know that Bob P. does not like to toot his horn, so allow me to do so.
Bob sent this 1999 wavy step die to me for attribution and while it is similar in strength and offset direction to the 1999P-1DER-015WS, this is an entirely new die.
Like the # 15 die, this new wavy step has column extensions under all the columns except 4, 10 and 12, which reach down to the bottom step of the Memorial building. Also seen are extensions from the left URN and the corners of the stylobate, levels 1 and 2 on the left side.
This new die will be listed as 1999P-1DER-050WS
