I think I have a -004 EDS, there are no cuds on the rim next to Liberty but the other markers look right. There really is no where for me to compare this one to.

Chris: I don't believe this coin is an EDS. There is way too much wear on this die. Looks more like a LDS or older. Try rotated you coin 90 degrees (1/4 turn) and re-shoot the images. This way the light will show the doubling better. I don't have one to compare it to, but images in a publication I have aren't the best, especially on the date. (Too dark) Next time Concentrate on images of the:
IN
GOD
WE
TRUS
The images with the light from the left edge of the devices mentioned might help to compare it with the book I have. It places the shadows in the same position. The first T on TRUST is crutial.

Coop hit this one right on the head.
If you can Chris, give coop's recommendations a try.

I think this coin might be die 7.
Look for the markers shown in the 1DO-007 listing.
If you don't see them look for a tiny bump in between the lips, if it has the tiny bump it's die-7. I think the site listing don't mention that dot but it's a good marker that's easy to spot.
(die 4 is very similar to die 7)
(most mis-attributed die-4 on ebay clearly have the lip bump and are realy die-7, even some sellers say it's a die-4 marker but they're wrong)
(If you can add a good pic of the lips it might help, I can tell you if it matches die-7)
http://coppercoins.com/lincoln/diestate.php?date=1972&die_id=1972p1do007&die_state=lds
See Conecas listing, they mention the lip bump:

Good luck! I hope I'm wrong since die-4 is a great find but even a nice die 7 is a good find.

If I could cuss I would, darn it! I was really looking forward to completing my 1972 collection, it has the dot right between the lips. I forgot to check CONECA site for markers. Anyways I contacted the seller, hopefully they will take the return because I paid 004 money it.

Chris, Sad to hear that, hope the seller stands behind it.
But the good news is now you know which one it is.
That lip dot is a good marker, I have 2 of the die-7 that I could not ID from any other marker but that dot nailed them. Maybe Bob can add it to the listing or just note it in the description that most coins have it because without it I would not know mine were die-7.

Also the Dot West of S on TRUST in the center. There is a dot there I see in your images and in the reference book I have. Still a disappoinment, but at least now you know.

The seller did stand behind his coin, I am very impressed! I had one last year that sent me a totally different coin than what he had listed, claiming I needed special lighting and magnification to see the doubling, after a long drawn out fight he admitted he sent the wrong coin but never made good on it.
I was very happy when this seller offered a partial refund and actually refunded the money! It just goes to show that there are some good sellers on eBay who stand behind there word. Its to bad that this part of the hobby there are not more avenues to purchase these varieties, I take my chances on eBay, sometimes the risk vs reward pays off.
Thank you for the help guys!

Other times you eat dirt! But thrill is in looking and I try to check as closely as I can. If there is any question, I pass it up.
