It was so large I had to show it, as you can see I'm still looking for something worthy Laughing

Speaking of unusual die anomalies, how about this one. We have seen wavy steps, now wavy bays (LOL).

This was found on a 1999 Lincoln cent.

It sure seems that 1999 has a lot to offer as far as wavy steps, trails, and other anomalies. I hadn't seen anything this extreme before.

Looks like some ancient ruins. You just never know what you will find searching coins.

Found this strike through grease today. Seems the one side of the dies were affected?

what a coincidence coop, i was searching a few rolls lastnight and found a struck through grease 1981, but it was a P and the ONLY thing you can see clearly on it is the date, its by far the "worst" stuck through grease coin i have ever seen. I just wish my sister in law would give me my dang camera back...stupid women Rolling Eyes

Thats what I thought also. I have 2007 kicking around with a fairly large one but doesn't measure up to this.
