I don't see anything out of normal on this coin. It appears that circulation may have moved some of the metal on the mint mark catching your eye. Even if it had a RPM, it would be so minor that it wouldn't be listed. I think your experiencing what I've had from time to time. Looking too hard when there is nothing there. when you find a good strong RPM, there is no question as to what it is. So I have hundreds of minor RPMs that will never be listed as they jumped out at me, but are too minor to list. Keep looking, just no so hard. When you find one you will know it.
