This follows my 57-D find from a few days ago.

Sorry if the pics are not up to normal par. I took these through the cellophane as the coin is still in a mint set. Found this the other day looking at a 63 mint set I bought. This is the 63-P mint.

I think it might be a new variety or new stage.

Not real sure on this one. It could be die wear. The reason I say this is that the mark is in the right location, but there seems to be a lot of die flow/die wear in the field next to it. In order for this to be legit, it would have to be seen in an earlier die state. I've seen a lot of worn dies also in that same area. So lets see what others think?

I would tend to agree with Coop. This doesn't have the smoothness I would associate with the doubled eyelid. It is possible it is, but I am not so sure.

Guys, that thought crossed my mind, too. It is a perfect location but rougher than I usually see. Might just be a complete coincidence.

Anyway, Bob, it is on its way to you together with 5 other coins, including the nice 57-D doubled eyelid and a nice "legit" 63-P doubled lid I just found in a mint set.

Doesn't the word 'debunk' sound rather harsh?? At times It just seems much more polite to just say 'It ain't nuthin' Laughing

Thanks for the heads up on the shipment. I will let you know when they get here.
