Dick: It looks like a normal 1956-D from what I can see. There is no spread/mint mark below the primary one. The primary is close to the 008, but nothing more than the same location. So It would not be anything without the RPM, unless I'm missing something????

This coin is not the RPM-008. There are 3 known dies with the mintmark this close to the date. The one you pictured is too far west and high to be RPM-008.
