The only thing I find at fault is the 8 does appear to received a hit but a faint one to the SE. The Marker's appear to be the Crack on the lower right of the Memorial and die scratches in the columns. No other marker's are present. Would this make it a LDS than the coin listed if in fact it's the 003?

David: The markers are no help on this coin. Why? Because it is a normal 1984 Cent with a whack to the 8 like you mentioned. Unless someone can see something I'm missing, please correct me. But the devices on the date look normal to me. _________________ Richard S. Cooper
