The following was an ad.This is nothing special unless VDB is mentioned & the fact of saying "semi key day" & not key date.
Am I correct, cuz it's awfully cheap!?

Sounds like misinformation to me, or a lack of education on the seller's part. 1909 was the first year of the Lincoln cent, and therefore more copies were kept from circulation. A red copy is not very rare, nor is it scarce as over 72 million copies were struck. I also would not consider it a semi-key date. If this had been an S mintmarked coin, his/her description might be more accurate.
