Now that is a very nice trails die! 1995 huh? I went through BJ Neff's numbering system file to let you know which one it was, but it doesn't appear to be in there and it might be a new one. This one (if it is new) should very much be a part of that file. Congratulations!

Carol that is a great find! You asked what is the angle? In this particular case, it is 260 degrees. It is taken from the cardinal directions of the compass. You will also see the notations of "certan angle" in the wavy steps. They are not just "random angles". These are very well known angles that are relative with each other, (trails, and steps). BJ can give you much more info. I know very little about this. I have seen pictures, but nothing in person. The day I do, I'll probably be just as thrilled as you are! congratualtions! I'm very happy for you.
Dick

Hi Carol - just got in from our local coin club meeting and checked Coppercoins before going to bed.
You have found a major trail die and on top of that, it is a new one to boot. I would of course like to see it so I can get photos and die markers to be included into the files for this die.
Great going Carol and an extremely nice find.
It seems that you girls are going great guns in finding stuff. MaryJ has also made some very exceptional finds and I'll fill you all in on the details very soon.
Thanks for letting me in on your find Carol.
Regards,
BJ
