Through the past couple of years, we have seen more than a fair share of odd looking reverse die statues of dear old Abe. This one though may take the cake for being the oddest. I have nicknamed this one "Flame Top"

It seems that Mr. Lincoln may have gotten himself a job with the circus.

In reality, this is a trail die, although I am not quite sure if this is a distortion caused by that anomaly. Bob Piazza was the initial founder of this unusual die and another has surfaced showing the same affects.

Nice find, Bob. And it doesn't look like Bart Simpson - it looks like his mother... 'cept the hair's not blue. Bummer.

This certainly is an interesting critter, but as BJ said, I don't know if it can be attributed to the trails themselves. On the other hand, if it was strictly a coincidence, it picked a nice coin to show up on. Anyway...if it's Marge Simpson, maybe she finally got the hair coloring figured out Laughing

It looks like Abe was auditioning for a role as one of the cone heads on the old Saturday Night Live skits.
