Is this a RPM or something else? Looks similar to #1 but the placement is a little different. CONECA has 4 listed to the west. I don't think it's #1, it's definitely not #9 and I haven't found any pics of #7 or #10.

I agree the location looks incorrect, but seem to match the RPM book better. The 007 is a stronger NE upper serif. The 010 images look farther north than the 001 and follows the conture on the west closer than 001.
