Could this be a minor DDO? Looks like a little extra thickness on the 2 of the date and maybe a shift on LIBERTY.

Looks like a probable minor DDO, not sure if it's listable.
(based on the fat top horzontals on liberty)
This one is 1DO-001 and WDDO-001 also listed as CDDO-002.
I'd assume there's a CDDO-001 and some others but I have never seen any others.
