Is it possible the last 9 could have "good" doubling?

Yea it looks normal.
You might have noticed a little line at the 9s base but I think it's a scratch or something.

Actually Ed it runs up the inside portion of the leg of the 9 and seems very distinct except not in my picture Maybe I should try again

Just die movement that made a distortion on the leg of the 9. If it were a doubled die, the width would be wider. As in your coins case, it is just the same size as the others. also other digits would be affected if it were hub doubling.

OK Coop, I will get out of my stage of denial and quit taking photos of this one At the same time I will put away my "rose colored glasses"

Sandra, Put away the "rose-colored" glasses, but don't give up! The next one could be that first one. I found a trails, that was so minor that it couldn't be used on the site, but now I can say I found one!

Can't give up Dick, apparently it has become an obsession.

Sandra: We are actually Cent-aholics. No cure for that.

It is highly contagious! Who would want a cure? This will go from "non-cents", to some cents, and actually make sense.

I agree with Coop on his assessment of this coin. It appears somewhat to be a class 2 doubled die, but there are two fundamental problems...
1. The 'doubling' runs in the opposite direction of 99% of all known class 2 doubled dies.
2. The width of the overall shape of the 9 is normal. In hub doubling the width of the overall profile of the digit should be wider than normal, as the doubling would add to the digit, not cut away from it.
I have seen a number of examples of recently minted cents where the tops of the Ts of TRUST have a ridge line in them. I'm not completely certain what causes this, but I do not think it has anything to do with hub doubling.

I have noticed that, too, but I thought it might be an "incomplete "MD. It just didn't move enough to create the kown configuration.
