The pictures provide show a extra line to the North west on the upper west curve. I'm not sure if it is the 001, 005, 013,014. It is hard to tell with the pictues here, so I looked in the RPM Book. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know which it is, but it looks like S/S east. maybe that will help.

Probably a mineral oil bath might help on this one. It could be a RPM or a mark. Need to see more what is around it. The mark on the NW looks like die movement on the mint mark. But a bath can help a lot.
