Does this look like a DDR & maybe a DDO on the 9 & 6????? Don't know if I don't ask!!

Probably a DDR. 
The EPU looks wide on the bottom and the O of one looks deformed too.
Is there wideness on the lower stems?

I would definitely think a DDR, however, the obverse is not.
