What ya think ... is it to minor to list or not?

Couldn't get a realy good picture, it has a proof-like finish and to shinny.

So I thought I'd throw it up here and see what ya think.

Most noticable on the top inside of bay/s 10 & 11 (bottom of ceiling) and inside, top right, planter.

Also ... wanted to ask: The right side shadowing ... only on the devices' of the Memorial, (building it self) and FG (initial's) ... is this ejection doubling or ...?

Pennyhound...I don't see anything that leads me to believe this is a DDO. The top of the columns show the roof line of the rear of the memorial. You should see some of this on all memorial bays, but some later die state coins are missing it all together. The slight doubling on the bottom of that line looks like machine doubling to me, and the same goes for the planter. I would expect to see more doubling on other areas if this were indeed a doubled die. Anyway...that's my take on it. Someone else may have another opinion??

Makes sence to me, thought I'd put it up, if for no other reason ... let other's see it and get opinions from others as to what it was, the shadowing effect, as you can see on these.

To get an idea of just what it was.

Thanks and as allways,

Happy hunting Wink

The area I was refering to: (on the bay/s) wasn't refering to the ceiling itself. (just the bottom of the ceiling)

(shadowing effects)

Is what I was in question of. Wink

I kinda figured that's what you were referring to after I looked at the pics for a while. You took great pics considering the brilliance of the coin. I still don't think it's anything at this point, but I am always willing to listen to another opinion if anyone else thinks differently. It might also help if I could examine the coin, but we'll wait a bit and see...ok?

I see what you say could be doubling, but I think its just part of the design and how the light reflects in the coin.
