To explain - coppercoins.com is on a large server with other hosted people, but is walled off logically from all the others and has its own operating system and server engines. This is different from typical virtual hosting in that on those plans everyone runs under the same operating system and driver engines. Unfortunately this morning the base-machine had trouble with internet networking issues that affected all the accounts on the physical machine, of which coppercoins is a part. When they fixed the issue and brought up the physical machine, it was the responsibility for each client on the machine to restart their web-server, which I did not know. Effectively the site could have been up at 8AM, but was down until after noon because I didn't know that I needed to restart the server. That has now been done, and we are again operational. Sorry for the inconvenience, but now that I know about this issue, it shouldn't take as long to fix it next time.
