I bought an 1865 S-2 in VF and notice it has a rotated die about 135 ccw. I wanted to know if all 1865 S-2s have rotated dies?

Hi doglips57, welcome to the forum.
I haven't read anything about them all being a rotated die.

Doglips,
The simple answer is NO. Not all of those coins were rotated, but there are quite a few that did escape the mint that way. A 135 degree rotation is pretty significant though, so for the collectors of those errors, it should command a slight premium.

I collect any coin varieties I can find, mostly in Lincolns, but also Ihc, 2c, 3c, 10c, pretty much anything. I posted some pictures on the Variety Coins site http://groups.msn.com/VarietyCoins/doglips57stuff.msnw
