Jay, thanks. I don't think it is, after seing this shot, but one never knws. i haven't seen the CONECA -012, so I have nothing to compare with. i thought for a while you might have the 014,but seems like it failed the test! LOL Thanks for helping on the book. I want to buy it, when It is known where I can get it.. I believe we have chatted, or at least I have read some of your posts on CCF. The name is very familiar.
Later:
You're right, Jay, your MMisfarther to the east than the 014. case closed, and back to square one! Good luck with the CONECA #012.
Dick

Dick,
This is the only forum I've posted on. What is CCF?
I have been using the same haldle to sell coins on ebay for the last 10 years. Maybe we have had deals there.
I will let you know how to get the RPM book when John Bordner gets back to me, I emailed him tonight.

Hi Jay, I just ran onto this post, and will answer. I thought we had chatted on the CCF forum, but apparently not. Anyway, here is the URL, etc for it, so you can check it out. There is a lot of 'familiar faces there", if you check:

As ffar as the book, yes, I'm definitely interested, and no doubt will seek the notebook copy. that way, I can put it on my CCTV amd then read it. I have an eye problem, and am not able to focus on the focal point we all use, so I have to rsort to cheating! I am legally blnd, due to Macular Deterioration. The Retina is damaged, and no repair possible, short of repplacing the eyeball!.. I'm not too sure I'd care for that!

Dick, I will email JB and see how he wants to handle the transaction with the book....
I have a neighbor in his mid eighties (his name is Dick also!) who has the Macular Deterioration too. It's a shame because like you he has all the menal capacity, plus up until he could not see well, he swam at the local pool 4 days a week, walked several miles a day, AND had the nicest garden in town!! Now he can't tell who I am until I talk to him.
I suppose getting old beats the alternitive, but part of me still thinks going out in a blaze of glory while still young and dumb ain't so bad!
Cheers,
JAY

Thanks, Jay! As far as getting old, I have looked forward to becoming old enough to get Social Security! I figured it, along with mu Navy pension would allow me to cover the monthly expenses, without having to work for a living. wrong! I haven't worked for anyone since '83, and there were times when I couldn't "cover all bases" here in the US, so we went to Mexico. It was much cheaper there. knowing the lanfguage, and the people, I felt very much at home. I have many very good friends, sdown there, at those that were younger than I, because most of the others are gone now. I'm 83. We found Medical coverage for my wife, and I am being treated by the VA, otherwise it would be very difficult. the place we are living is close to everything, and the monthly expenses are fully covered by my combined income, so the wifes SS goes into her savings account. It is used for major repairs, that come up. Jay, you will find there is a lot of p[leasure, and satisfaction to being old. No more working for some un=grateful SOB, that could care less, if your paycheck covers your expenses, or not! he could care less.
Let me know what turns out with the book. I use PayPal for all on line payments, whether on ebay, or private accounts.
Dick
