I recently found this 1938 Mercury dime with a d/d i believe. So if you agree with this how can I find out what it's worth would be?

That's 1941D RPM#1 as listed in "The RPM Book," by Miller and Wexler, 1983. Eventually there will be services for Mercury dimes on uscoinvarieties.com, but that's probably still a year out into the future. As for other resources that can handle such attributions, I believe CONECA is the only one.

I read in Coin world some time ago that there were 4 mint mark positions on the 1916-D Mercury. Can you imagine? It would be nice to have a set of all four, wouldn't it? I once owned a G-4 example and traded it in for a VG-10. That was before I knew about the different positions.
