37P - Is this Master Die Doubling ?

I know the top of the 7 shows Master die doubling on a good percentage of the 37P pieces, and I believe CONECA lists the MDD as being on the 3 also, but does this look like the MDD? The 3 shows clear doubling to the North. I'm not sure if the MDD is this strong on the 3. Thanks in advance.

It's not a doubled die or master doubling on the 3. It looks pretty much like it is strike doubling. A spread that strong on normal hub doubling would show on other places in the date area. You are correct that the line above the 7 is master die doubling, and it does show on a great many 1937 coins.
