Country Auction

Glad to see the forum back. Really missed reading the discussions. I went to a little country auction that was selling some coins and paid about $45.00 for several bags of cents and a few lincoln cent book #2. First time I bought anything a one of these types of auctions.
I've gone through them quickly and came up with, so far, a few nice finds.
1927p 1DO-002, 1934p 1DO-004, 1938D 1DR-002, 1939p 1DO-001, 3X 1940p DR, 1941p DR, 2X 1942p DR, 1944p 1DO-001, 1948p DO eye lid so., 1951d "BIE", 1951d DO? eye lid so. with dbl MM, 1951d 1DO-001, 1964d DO bar under L, 1970s bar over 7.
Found quite a few very nice MMs
2X 1953s 1MM-006, 1953s 1MM-008, 2X 1954d 1MM-001, 1954d 1MM-003, 1958d 1MM-017 and several others.
Still looking.
I think I will be going to more of these auctions.

Those are some great finds Steven. It sure is nice to be able to find some nice varieties like that. If I had that sort of luck with a country auction, I would also make it a point to attend as many of them that I could. Once agin...nice work!
