New find?- 74S proof Washie RPM

I don't see a listing on CONECA for any 74S RPM's in the Washington series, Well this one is a nice one.

I believe you're going to find CONECA calling that a damaged punch. They do the same for the select few 1974S RPM cents I have. Where that comes off as a damaged punch I really cannot say. Nice RPM.
