Woo hoo!! I cherry picked an 1865 2 cent piece on my local bid board that has 180 degree rotation. It is VG 8 at best "We Trust" is gone on the ribbon "In God" is barely visible Clear date. The reverse is in better shape. Some of the corn stalk detail is there,. The "2" is very clear. The rim is full on the reverse and half is full on the obverse. All the letters are clear on the reverse. I got it for $13 You gotta love it!! Fred Weinberg had a PCGS certified example at EF45 at $190. Its gone now.

I've got a few rotated coins from that era... the best are 2 1864 2 centers... one 170, one 180...
That price of $190 seems a bit much...

Prices are rising. I bought a 1931-S a few years back from a coin store and it is a AU for then $45. Now an VF one they want $100 and an EF $120. So you have to keep on prices or you might miss out on inflation.

thats right Coop, I can remember seeing 1931-S cents a few years ago that were mint state and around $100. I once owned an NGC 63rb. The holder was cracked and it was one of the coins I traded for my current 1955 doubled die. This is my first rotated US coin. I have a civil war token that is 90 degrees rotated. That is cool too.
I agree that price for the rotated 2 cent is a little high. I think it was an 1864. I went back and forth talking myself into and out of buying it. Fred is probably one of the major market makers for error coins.
