Tell me what you think and should I send it in? I will be sending in a group of other coins for grading. Some nice proofs and 1 error coin. Was wondering if I should send this one too. It is of course circulated.

There's nothing there to 'send in' - that's a quarter and it's circulated. It's worth a quarter.

Looks to me like severe machine doubling. I will give you 2 dimes and a nickle for it. But you have to pay the postage

I agree with Chuck and Darrell. It is circulated and has machine doubling on it. It is worth 25 cents only.
