Well maybe it is not new since it is listed in John Wexler's files, however, this is the first look at this die for coppercoins. It appears to be a Class IV with notching on the lower left corners of T Y, extra thickness on the right arm of the letter Y and extra thickness on the horizontal bars of the letters in LIBERTY.
Looking at the date, we can see extra thickness in all the digits. The word TRUST also has light extra thickness on the verticals of the letters.

Neat! 
I didn't know any of the 07s found showed on the date.
It's similar to some of the 06 varieties.
They year is not over so maybe a big one will show up, the 06 ear and other nice ones were late in the year.

Still hard here to get 2007-D Cents. The source I get them from says they are just getting boxes of circulated Cents. I've received one roll of 2007-D Cents so far this year. The others that I have found have been in circulation.

It is odd with the 2007 Lincoln cents. I had only a couple of chance to get full new rolls and mostly they were in stores when I spotted them in their teller draws.
Your right Ed and it is similar to 2006P-1DO-007. Now hopefully we will see more. I can tell you that John Wexler will have an upcomiung article in CW soon with another 2007 DDO, however, since it is his article, I'll let him have the surprise of telling you.
