Enhancement made to the forum.

By suggestion from a forum member I have changed the forum page and view topic page to include the path to the page you are viewing at the bottom of the page as well as where it already was on the top of the page. This will allow you to scroll down looking at the information on the page then go back to the main topic list or back to the index without having to scroll back up to the top of the page...just a minor thing, but I try to do whatever I can to help people out. Just send an e-mail if you find anything else that should be changed.

Update....another modification - You can now reply to my posts in this forum. I hadn't realize that I turned the reply off to all members but myself until someone made me aware of it. Please, if you see one of the posts in this forum you want to reply to, please feel free to do so.
