coop,
I tried to match it up with the photos on this site of the 1961P 1DO-002 by the die scratches but none matched up and there are plenty to go by. Maybe this one is a bit earlier in the life of the die or a bit later. I may save it for a trip to Bob later.

The master hub made several hubs that were showing doubling on the dies, but on all dies that were hubbed from the master die. They are common for that year and really not collectable. Kind of like the 1972P-S-D master hub doubling. Again all those show on several dies from the different mints in the same way. so they wouldn't be collectable. They would be common as sand, thus no real value except to newbies that buy them and later find out they've been had. IMOHO _________________ Richard S. Cooper
