German coin. Is it a nice doubled die or something else?

So what do you think... Doubled die or something else (MD, DDD, etc)? The points of interest are...

1) "Lincoln" like double eyelid and brow
2) Doubling under nose
3) Doubling in front of mustache and in the lower part of the mustache
4) Possible doubling in the date 1934, ear, and a few other places.



Here is a normal coin of the same type for comparison...



If it is a DD, I'd consider buying it if it were not for that nasty scratch.
