I think it's normal for the year, loose looking plating and the normal look for that era. Smile

When comparing Cents from a time period, you need to compare them to the same date. Minor changes were made from year to year and even part years like the 1974 Cents. Si if you think you've found something, compare it to other BU examples from the same year. Keeps the foot from going into the mouth as often.
