The line inside the MM and also to the south and East outside the primary MM. What are your thought's?

Looks like the plating problems you normally see on the zinc core cents, either from the force of the strike or ejection. This example is not an RPM or doubled die.

The marks to the SE are flat machine doubled areas. If they were a RPM, they would be raised not shelf like. Only makes sense. When punching into a die the result when struck would be a raised area, not flat pushed metal. That would come from movement of the die.
