I thought this might be a interesting post. MD to the South and West. I very rarely see one of these. Can anyone explain the extra part of the MM to the North and West on top of the S? It appears to be double also but why is it there?

If the coin were in BU shape, I would think it was a possible RPM. But with all the gouges on the coin, it looks like damage to me.
